An intuitive guidance session involves a general reading of your energy field and well-being, revealing where your gifts lie and what your soul inklings are.  I am not a fortuneteller and do not tell the future, although I often will receive information of things that are coming if it is already present in your energy field.  If you have a list of questions I can read the energy of the situations to help you make decisions and guide you on your path.

During this past summer when I knew I would want to have a gifted, warm and compassionate therapist around for my 18 students in an intensive yoga teacher training, Tamara was the first person who came to mind. ​to address any questions that may have arisen.
*I am available for remote sessions via Skype or Messenger with the exception of the Crystal Bed Healing Therapy which must be an in person session.
