When I was 19 I injured my spine (slipped two discs) playing sports. I tried western medicine and rehabilitation for close to a decade in an attempt to manage the pain, to no avail. I had already met with multiple surgeons and was taking my final steps towards invasive spinal surgery when I met Tamara. My first session with her targeted this injury.
